So I finally have a free moment - in case I still have readers!!! I thought I would share our menu:
Hors Devoures ( I can never spell this right):
Asparagus Straws - so yummy
Steamed Shrimp
Gourmet Cheeses
Our main course is going to be split up into stations:
1. Beef Tenderloin with creamy horseradish
Roasted Vegetables
My chopped salad
Sweet potato parkerhouse rolls & mini brioche rolls
2. pistachio encrusted salmon
sauteed spinach
mashed potatoes
3. shrimp & grits bar - yum, yum, yum

Of course you still have readers! We will always be coming back to check and see what new witticisms and recipes you may have to share! Besides, we loved reading about the wedding so now we get to hear about married life! (As much as you elect to share obviously!)
The menu looks TDF, especially the Asparagus Straws and the Pecan-crusted Salmon...beyond yummy.
