Stamps

My focus is changing. I know this should have happened a while ago but I've had a hard time switching from "collecting inspiration" to selecting details and making decisions. In any event, we are sending out the invites at the end of the month. I have been looking at stamps. I want something pretty and whimsical. I don't really want the Liberty Bell. Don't get me wrong - I'm proud to be an American - but I want something unique for the invitations.

I love this Dragonfly stamp. I just think its so pretty. The only problem is what kind of stamp to put on the response envelope? Yes, sorry, I am that OCD that I actually want it to match!

I also saw this stamp. How adorable would that be for the rehearsal dinner invitations??? I love it - I only wonder how many people would actually notice it? :)

Whenever I do an event we are ALL about the stamps matching. We actually do the same stamp on the invite and RSVP. Therefore, I would just do the dragonfly on both. It is so pretty! Also, of course you MUST do the baseball stamp for the dinner! If you can keep with your theme you have to, go for it!

I had stamps made using my parents and his parents wedding pictures. All of his side got his parents and vice versus. Lots of people noticed and commented. A few weren't sure who the people were, but still loved the idea.

I love the dragonfly stamps! What do you think about pairing the dragonfly with the wedding heart stamps? Or you could do all dragonflies.

The baseball stamps would be cute for the rehearsal dinner. I think most people would notice them.

I hope you enjoy your week!

Hello! You are not OCD, I understand completely! Maybe you could go to Zazzle.com and design an RSVP stamp to correspond with your dragonfly stamp? I have always been impressed with Zazzle's selection of colors and styles. Maybe something with your new monogram (?)

Have a great evening!

Oh, I love the dragonfly! What about the wedding heart stamps that they sell...they come in both weights, so they do coordinate (which by the way, is so not crazy!)

Good luck!

If you love the dragonfly stamp then definitely use it! The green heart stamp would match the green in the dragonfly for the response cards. And you have to use those baseball stamps they are PERFECT for your theme!!! Such a great find!!

I love it! I love them both. The baseball ones are very charming. I'm having the stamps, and a seal for the back of the invites with my motif made. I'm also going to have the motif on the invites. We are def thinking along the same lines.

Yep, people totally notice the stamp when you put a pic on it or something. I did that and actually got tons of people asking me how in the world I did it! But I do love the two you picked. Don't worry, we are all this picky when planning a wedding!
