I was a sub tonight in my Mom's bunco group. It was fun! Its the first time I have ever played. I ate too much . . . but I had a great time! I am curious how many bloggers play bunco . . . do you play?

No bunco...in Texas lots of women played for $$$, I never like to lose, so I never joined in.
I use to and really miss it. My group got smaller and smaller as they were getting married, having children and moving away.
I never lived in a swim/tennis neighborhood--that's where they are the biggest deal here.
I believe the get togethers are better known as "drunco"!
We actually played one time with our Sunday School class about 15 years ago and it was pretty fun considering I really don't like games. (but we did it at church, so there was no "drunco" involved!)
I've heard of it and have a lot of girlfriends who play but I've never participated.
I do! Our neighborhood ladies get together once a month to play and we rotate houses.
My Junior League does a Bunco night weekly, but I have never played! Sounds fun though!!!
oh we PLAY! We are pretty hard core, especially when it comes to the number of players, we will only play with a minimum of 12. The host always does a theme and it normally involes wardrobe... such as Pajama party or something like that.
I love it, it's so fun and always a great time!

We definitely play in Mississippi. I'm in two and sub for two more!
WE used to play and stopped, but we still get together once a month (still taking turns hosting) and each hostess decides what to do each month. Some do a movie, mexican restaurant, jewerly making, pottery making, drinks, etc. whatever your little heart desires. I am glad we still get together-don't miss playing so much.
I have actually never played Bunco. However, I keep reading about these groups and roomie just bought a pink Bunco set so maybe we will start a young, social group.
I want to learn how!
