Bridesmaid Shoes

Here is a picture of my bridesmaids' dress. We haven't finalized shoes yet, but I was thinking some strappy gold sandals would be perfect. What do you all think? Can you tell I have trouble making decisions????

I was thinking something like these . . . but without the J. Crew price tag. Any ideas on where we can find cute, inexpensive, shoes like these?

Try ALDO. Or even Macy's might have something that looks like those. They're very cute!

Love those! And yes, gold will look GREAT. Do you have a DSW nearby? Sometimes you can find some good stuff there... Definitely browse some online shops too that offer free shipping and free returns to make it easy on your girls - like www.shoes.com

Love it!

I love these. I just saw them in the new Fall catalog. I, however, don't like the price tag. You may want to look at Nine West. They usually have shoes like this and there pretty reasonably priced. Good luck.

Love the dress! I went with shoes from Dillards. I did it on-line and had great success. Good luck!

What a lovely DRESS! I've heard that Davids Bridal has nice shoes on the cheap! I've never been, but it's worth a look see!

I got a really cute pair, VERY similar to that but in silver from eBay.

They are BR.

You could try that - but, it might be a pain if you have a lot of girls.

I love the dresses! I'd try either DSW or even Nordstrom's private label shoe.

Hi! Love your blog--I am a late September bride. I got gold shoes from Amazon, to go with my choc brown dresses. When I bought them from Amazon, they were only $30,but found the pic here on Piperlime for you. I'm sure you can buy them at many stores online. Very simple, and my girls said they were not uncomfortable. Best of luck!

We did gold shoes, too, but I told them to wear their own gold shoes. We found some really cute Nine West shoes, but some girls thought they were unbearably uncomfortable while others thought they could dance in them all night. That's when I decided to let the girls choose their own gold shoes and price tag. I asked them to send a picture of them to me so I could "approve" them and make sure they were the right color, but they all really appreciated it. Shoes can get pricey.

I thought of Ann Taylor, but they don't have any dress shoes on the website now. Nine West might have some or maybe even Target.com.

Enjoy your week!

That is the dress my BM's wore- it looks so pretty on. They wore the Naturalizer Prissy strappy sandal- it looked pretty and was much less than JCrew prices... and I bet they are on sale now...

Have you tried bluetuxshoes.com? the sale section always has cute stuff that is reasonable (well, more reasonable than jcrew for sure!). Good luck!

Love those shoes! Have you maybe considered letting your girls pick their own shoes and just give them limits as to color and such? As someone who could make a career out of being a bridesmaid, I am forever grateful to my brides who let me just pick my own shoes.
