I'm dreaming of a white wedding . . .

Have any of your brides out there started having dreams/nightmares about the wedding? I had one a few weeks ago. However, I now seem to be having them with greater frequency.

A few weeks ago, I was really on Fiance's case about picking out tuxedos. I had this dream that it was the day of the wedding and I was getting ready to walk down the aisle. One of Fiance's brothers came up to talk to me and I asked "Joe, what are you wearing?" He is very laid back in real life and he was in my dream too. He said "oh this, yeah Fiance just never got around to picking out tuxedos so we just picked some up at the thrift store. They're cool though, don't worry." Fiance and I picked out tuxedos the very next weekend.

Then the night before last I dreamt that my mother had decided to move the wedding up to this weekend, without telling me. In my dream I was at a hotel in Vegas and we were going to have the wedding there. My mom kept asking me if I was "so excited" and "wasn't this a great surprise." I, on the other hand, was freaking out because my make-up person wasn't there and two of my bridesmaids said they "couldn't make it this weekend." In my dream my little sister was telling me "it will be okay, we will just have to use whatever make-up is in our purses."

I had another dream last night, but now, of course, I can't remember it. It was wedding related though because thats what inspired this post. Oh well, if I remember it I will update the post.

Have any of you had funny dreams? Or do any married ladies remember any wedding dreams? Please share!

The wedding dreams {nightmares} that I remember the most are the ones where the vendors don't show or are there hours late and in jeans.

Wedding dreams are so funny to read about... they always make me laugh.

I have had so many strange dreams since getting engaged. Mostly, though, I used to lay awake thinking about all the things I had to do and worrying about the guest list. At least that finally stopped.

Every time I have a weird dream, I call Skipp and make sure, AGAIN, that he's not interested in eloping! HAHAHA!

I have started to have bad wedding dreams ALL THE TIME!

One night I dreamt that my wedding dress was hanging in our ceremony space during the rehearsal and someone spilled paint on it from a balcony above.

Another night I dreamt that they (I don't know who "they" were) put black tableclothes and centerpieces with orange flowers on the tables at my reception. Before the wedding I peeked into the reception site and freaked out because it looked like a Halloween party. So my aunt started to hang raspberry pink (the actual color of my flowers) helium balloons to all the centerpieces. It went from ugly to hedious. I think I woke up with high blood pressure.

I had a wedding nightmare where the bridemaids dresses were the wrong color, the flowers didn't show up and I had to take some out of a vase and shake the water off and there was hardly anyone at the church! Plus, we were lining up to do the wedding march next to the pews where the few guests that showed up could see us!

No dreams or nightmares here, but is been seven years and its been like a dream...its not all perfect but I am more in love with Ken than I ever was. That said, there were TWO TORNADOES the day before my wedding, one crashed a tree on the kitchen where my rehearsl dinner was being held and the other was near the church where my rehearsal was...needless to say I had a full audience for my rehearsal...lots of people seeking refuge in the church. The day of my wedding dawned sunny, and the absolute perfect temperature, it went off without a hitch, a gift from God after the previous day.

Are you sure you were dreaming? Joe may have purchased that tuxedo at the thrift store.

I had a recurring nightmare about it being my wedding day and everything was like half-assed. Like we hurried through the planning and just didn't really do it like I wanted or stuff didn't get done in time. Nightmare I tell you! Hehehehe... I also have had funny ones about my friends' weddings - like not being able to get them to the church on time or something.
